The Parking Is the Point. We Find the Apartment Around It.

Truck, EV, motorcycle, a garage’s worth of gear — we search San Antonio by what has to fit, then verify what “garage available” really means at each community: attached or detached, the current monthly rate, the honest waitlist. In writing, before you tour, free to renters.

Free to renters — the community pays the referral fee.

Why us

What we verify before you drive anywhere

The garage question, asked properly

“Garage available” covers four different products — attached with direct entry, detached in a rented row, tandem behind a gate, and a carport wearing the wrong name. We ask which one a community actually has, what it rents for this month, and how long the waitlist really runs.

Measured, not assumed

Clearance height, door width, whether a full-size four-door truck closes the door behind it — we put those questions to the leasing office before you drive out, and we ask for the storage rules in writing while we are at it.

Hail-season logic

Covered parking is a running conversation in San Antonio for a reason, and the communities with real cover fill their lists before the season starts. We track which ones still have space and which are quoting a wait, so you are choosing early instead of queuing late.

Gear honesty

A motorcycle, an EV that needs a charger, the boat question — every community has a written answer, and it is rarely the one the tour implies. We find the actual policy language before you sign, so the garage you pay for is allowed to hold what you own.

Common questions

What does “garage available” actually mean on a listing?

One of four things: an attached garage with direct entry, a detached garage in a rented row, a tandem space under the unit, or a carport wearing an optimistic name. Listings rarely say which. We call the community, establish which product it really is, and label it that way on your list — with the current monthly rate beside it.

What do I pay for this?

Nothing, and the reason is structural rather than generous: apartment communities pay locators a referral fee when a renter we send signs a lease, and your rent is identical with or without us. We explain it once on every page so nobody wonders where the catch lives.

Will my truck actually fit in the garage?

That depends on numbers, so we ask for numbers. The monthly garage rate and the actual clearance belong in writing — we get both before you tour, along with gate heights for the lot and the community’s written rules on oversized or equipped vehicles.

Is a garage worth it for hail season?

Hail is the reason San Antonio renters ask us about covered parking more than anything else, and a real roof is a real answer to it. What we will not do is quote your odds of a storm — nobody honestly can. We show you what cover costs at each community and let the spread make the case either way.

Can you get me approved at a community?

No, and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. Approval decisions always belong to each community’s leasing office and its written screening criteria. Our job is the search and the verification — the garage type, the rate, the availability, the rules — so the application you file is aimed at a community where the answer to the parking question is already yes.
